1. About Crafty Raindrops
Crafty Raindrops specializes in thoughtfully designed custom party favors, personalized gifts, digital products, and lifestyle items created to help customers celebrate beautifully.
2. Custom Orders
All custom orders begin with an inquiry and personalized quote.
Because every project is created specifically for you, custom orders require approval before production begins.
Your order is considered confirmed only after:
• Your quote has been approved (if applicable)
• Required information has been received
• Your retainer or payment has been submitted
Production will not begin until these requirements have been met.
3. Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, colors, spellings, wording, and design details before approving their final design.
Crafty Raindrops is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
4. Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround is typically 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping time is separate from production time.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
5. Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital downloads:
• All digital product sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges are available after purchase.
Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
6. Payment Policy
Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Quotes are valid for the time period stated on the estimate.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Because many products are personalized and custom-made, all sales are final.
Refunds are not issued for:
• Personalized items
• Custom products
• Approved designs
• Digital downloads
If Crafty Raindrops is unable to complete your order, a refund will be issued as appropriate.
8. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Crafty Raindrops is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
9. Product Photos
Every effort is made to accurately represent colors and products.
Due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of many items, slight variations may occur.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, and digital products remain the intellectual property of Crafty Raindrops unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Crafty Raindrops shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
