Changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, edits may no longer be possible.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Custom items: No returns or refunds due to the personalized nature
Digital products: All sales are final
However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’re committed to making it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
Will my items look exactly like the mockup?
We aim to match your approved design as closely as possible. Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences.
