Every order is crafted with creativity, intention, and attention to detail because we believe every celebration deserves something unforgettable.
2. Custom Orders
Every custom order begins with our inquiry process.
Once we've reviewed your request, you'll receive a personalized quote outlining your project details, pricing, and estimated turnaround time.
Custom orders are officially secured only after:
• Your inquiry has been reviewed and accepted (if applicable)
• Your project details have been confirmed
• Your retainer or payment has been received
Production will not begin until all required information and payment have been received.
3. Design Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approving production.
Please verify:
• Names
• Dates
• Colors
• Wording
• Photos
• Quantities
• Spelling
Once final approval has been provided, Crafty Raindrops is not responsible for customer-approved errors.
4. Turnaround Times
Our standard production time is typically 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Please note:
• Production time does not include shipping time.
• Larger or more complex projects may require additional production time.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
5. Personalized & Handmade Items
Many of our products are handcrafted and customized specifically for each customer.
Because of the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, placement, texture, or design may occur. These variations are considered part of the uniqueness and character of handmade products and are not considered defects.
6. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate download unless otherwise specified.
Due to the nature of digital products:
• All digital sales are final.
• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are available after purchase.
Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, modified for resale, or reproduced without written permission from Crafty Raindrops.
7. Payments
Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes are valid for the timeframe specified on your estimate.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of your project.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Because the majority of our products are personalized and custom-made, all sales are final.
Refunds or cancellations cannot be provided once:
• Production has begun
• A design has been approved
• Personalized materials have been ordered
• Digital products have been delivered
If Crafty Raindrops is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, an appropriate refund will be issued.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Crafty Raindrops is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Other circumstances beyond our control
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
10. Product Photography
We strive to accurately represent every product through photography and product descriptions.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on individual screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade nature of custom products.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, digital downloads, educational materials, and written content remain the intellectual property of Crafty Raindrops unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Crafty Raindrops shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
