Thank you for choosing Crafty Raindrops! We understand how exciting it is to receive your order, and we're committed to making the process as smooth as possible.
Processing & Production Times
Most of our products are thoughtfully handcrafted and customized specifically for each customer.
Our standard production time is 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Please note that production time begins after:
• Your inquiry has been approved (if applicable)
• Your design has been finalized
• Your non-refundable retainer or payment has been received
Production time does not include shipping time.
During holidays, peak seasons, or for larger custom projects, additional production time may be required.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options are available at checkout based on your location and selected products.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information (when available) so you can follow your package's journey.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders.
If pickup is available for your order, you'll receive instructions once your project has been completed.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to complete every order on time, Crafty Raindrops cannot guarantee delivery dates once packages have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Holidays
• Carrier service interruptions
• Other circumstances beyond our control
If your event has a firm deadline, we encourage placing your order as early as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Crafty Raindrops is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the package can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
If your package is lost in transit, we'll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, final decisions regarding lost packages are made by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Crafty Raindrops is not responsible for delays related to customs processing.
