At Crafty Raindrops, every order is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for you, our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our creative process.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom and personalized sales are final.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for custom items once:
• Production has begun
• A design proof has been approved
• Personalized materials have been ordered
• Your order has been completed
Please review all design proofs carefully before providing final approval.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate delivery of digital products, all digital product sales are final.
This includes:
• Digital journals
• Planners
• Templates
• Printable products
• Digital guides
• Downloads
Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided after purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great pride in every order we create.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we'll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
Crafty Raindrops is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect addresses provided during checkout
• Delays outside of our control
If a package is lost in transit, we'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations & Retainers
Every custom order requires a non-refundable retainer to reserve your event date and secure your place in our production schedule.
Your retainer covers project planning, design preparation, scheduling, and the initial stages of your custom order.
If you choose to cancel your order after your retainer has been paid, your retainer will not be refunded.
If production has not yet begun, any remaining balance paid beyond the non-refundable retainer may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Crafty Raindrops.
Once production has begun or personalized materials have been ordered, all payments become non-refundable.
